Phew I finally got back on line....
I'm an OLD new one lol....bet ya all missed me? Well those that know me anyway... I sure missed you.
Was in the middle of moving as you know, gave my new details to Wanadoo so I could get back online...and waited and waited... they were taken over by Orange so I contacted them...you know one of those customer service robotic phone calls ....You are in a queue.... one of our operators will be with you shortly.... thank you for waiting, we are extremely busy today but we shall get to you soon.....your call is very important to us...thank you for waiting ...one of our advisors will answer your call shortly....40 mins later..... Hello....Gf272....how can we help you?..... Well, I moved home three weeks ago and gave my details to Wanadoo..... Excuse me Gf did you say you moved... Yes I did....wait just one moment while I transfer you to our moving home department.....Arrrrgh....press one for Mobile phones... press two for top up....etc...etc....press 99 for moving home....zzzzz..uh..pardon...99?...at last..Moving home...how can we help you?......Well, I moved home three weeks ago and gave my details to Wanadoo..... excuse me sir...can you give me your old phone number....yes certainly.....029 200000000.... and for security purposes your full name....Gf272....your address....do you want my new one or my old one?.....your old please sir....okay it was 272 Gf Street....and on what day did you move sir....20 minutes later...what is your new phone number ...etc...etc...firstly Mr Gf before we can connect you there is an outstanding payment to be paid....No I'm sorry that has been paid....wait one moment sir I shall just check....5 mins later..... I'm sorry Mr Gf there is a payment missing for June.... Yes I know there was a payment missing in June... I informed you...well not you but Wanadoo ... my bank account was compromised and I had to close it and open a new one so you were not able to extract a payment until I gave you the new account number which I did at the end of June, and confirmed with Wanadoo that they had received it....just one moment sir while I check.....Oh I am sorry sir that payment has gone through but it has not been updated on my computer notepad....thats okay ...so can I now be connected.... yes certainly sir I'll start the moving home process straight away...I must inform you it can take up to 15 days to connect you... 15 days!!!!....It is now the 10th of July I informed Wanadoo on the 21st of June....I'm sorry sir but we (Orange) only took over the moving home section from the first of July.....
to be continued.... I was connected today....21st August!!!!!!
Its great to here at last....talk to you all soon...I don't normally moan like this honestly I'm a fun guy....
