Hello James100,
Welcome to Ancestry Aid. We are delighted you have joined us here.
I'm sure someone will be able to help you.I just happen to have a book called Bobby Tulloch's Shetland and it mentions Fetlar.(but no place names). Have you googled "place names in Fetlar. Shetland Isles"?
try Main Page - Shetlopedia - The Shetland Encyclopaedia
What period are you looking for?
Here are some place names on Fetlar for 1611-1650:
Aith, Clovdon, Clothen, Crosbister
Faireiwell, Funzie, Gord, Gruting, Hammer, Houll, Housegasettler, Langhouse. Lugondeil etc etc.... got a long list(amazing for such a wee island)
Here's another site Fetlar - The Garden of Shetland
ps. my avatar... snowdrops on Fetlar.
If you click on images and then put Fetlar into a Google search you get the most amazing photos and it seems the museum on Fetlar has good stuff.
Will try to put on two photos for youimagesfetlar.jpg
