Some further info found on the marriage 30th July, 1921. John James Ledsham age 28 Labourer. of 14, Hughes Street. Father William Ledsham [deceased] Ships smith. in the parish of Everton, Emmanuel, Liverpool. to Jessie Westwell age 24 [no occupation]of 26 Hughes Street. Father Thomas Westwell. Labourer.

If you go onto the free Bmd site - click on search - then births - insert surname only Ledsham - then district - Liverpool years of search say 1921 to 1934 and see what births come up the mothers maiden name is shown for births after 1911 so hopefully you should get some hits. You could try local records offices/archives if you know they stayed in the same parish - but try freeBMD first.
