He was bor4n in 85, so would be about 26
Pejay is right. The Salvation Army is the first port of call.Next you could try website phone directories.
Notices in newspapers sometimes help. Schools in the area in which he went to live may be helpful
It is a difficult one but sometimes extraordinary things happen so keep looking.
