Thread: Newbie!!!! needs help!!!!!

hi all V new to all this ancestry stuff and struggling already! although i have traced family back through my nans side 2 or 3 generations , I CANNOT get anywhere with my grandads side!!!! even though i've typed in DOB 8/2/1895 death date 20/11/1977 and full name Frederick Albert Edward Ward still comin up with jack!!! could it be the info i'm typing is wrong ( hasten to add taken off his headstone! so don't think thats the case!) any ideas VERY welcome!!!

only signed up for ancestry .co and even after your helpful info can't find ANYTHING on him no place of birth.... no parents names no nothing! what am i doing wrong???!!!!

Ive tried too nothing so far , do you know if his occupation was a tailor ? , If you can possibly add to this forum
