Thread: Hi from Cambridgeshire, UK

Hi I'm Mike (67) from Cambridgeshire and my wife Sheila and myself (both now retired) have finally getting around to researching our family tree. We have the 'Who do you think you are, Family Tree Maker (2010)' program and a free 'Essentials' subscription for 30 days to Ancestry.co.uk, which we will be upgrading to Premium at the end of the free period in order to fill in the details.

We have already got a large proportion of it done and traced most lines back to the mid-late 1800's and one to 1555 (thanks to another Ancestry member).

It's a lot of hard work; most of which has done by my wife, who I think is becoming obsessed by it all, LOL.

I hope to find some useful information on this forum and wish all the members well.
