Thread: Hello all

my name is Gerrit van Haaften. My age is 36, i'm an account-managar and i live in The Netherlands. I started my family tree just about 3 months ago. After a lot of work i now have about 4.000 of family members on my website.



I also started 2 months ago an international genealogy websites toplist The Worldwide Genealogy Websites.

And for genealogy sites in The Benelux (= Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg), i started recently a WebRing



I like sports very much, especially soccer. Today i'm not so happy because the Dutch team lost last night from Portugal. Well, next time (2008) better.

Welcome to Ancestry Aid. I wish I'd been able to research that number of people in just 3 months. It has taken me over 8 years so far. Please feel free to post any requests or lookup offers on the appropriate boards. You will find that your sites have been moved to the Links and tips forum, that way they will not get buried in this forum. I'm not sure if we have anyone else from the Netherlands yet. Maybe one day we will have a member from Norway that may be able to help me with my research.
