Thread: Newbie From Canada

Hello all my name is Lillian and I live in Thorhild Alberta which is in the northern part. We live about a 1 hour drive from Edmonton. My husband retired at the end of July after a career as a pilot for 51 years.
We are living with our oldest daughter and her husband. We are parents to 2 sons and 2 daughters and grandparents to three beautiful grandaughters.

I have been researching my grandmothers family her maiden name being Harrod(no we are not related to the Harrod Department Store)Her family came from Pitsea, Essex. I have always been interested in finding out if there is any of her family still living.
