Thread: cyberarma

Hello.
I'm new to Ancestryaid and a bit uninformed about how to use it. However, I am nothing if not adventurous (is any Family Tree enthusiast not adventurous?) so I will introduce myself here. My name is cyberarma and I am 72 years young. My home town is Sydney. I started my tree a few years ago and signed up to AncestryAid but never used it. Last weekend I met two cousins I didn't know existed till before Easter this year, so my interest has been given a boost and I want to get going again. I am researching Ambury, Burke, Hooke, Simmonds and Northam at the moment.
I'm really looking forward to delving more deeply into my UK ancestors, but I don't know how to start. After trying Parish churches for baptisms, only one - Llantillio Crossenny - yielded any information, so if anyone can give me a starting point I will be most appreciative. Thanks.
