Thread: SANDS

I'm looking for information about William Sands who lived in Ireland in the 1800's. He married Mary Brennan and had 'many' children.



Daughter Ann(e) may have been born in Sligo. She may have sailed to the U.S. in 1880.



William Jr. was, perhaps, another of the children's names.



Louis, or Lewis, was the youngest child and he sailed to Canada with William in 1880. Louis worked on a farm in Ontario and eventually married Emma Nicholls and moved to Fairfax, Manitoba. He passed away in 1934 after fathering 9 children.



His headstone indicates he was born in 1866.
