Thread: Hi froma new member

Hi



My name is Sue and I currently live in the N E of scotland. I originate from burnley Lancashire and will be returning to live in Lancashire next year after 7 glorious years in Montrose. I have been researching my family tree for over 5 years, the main names for research are SAGAR, HILL, RAMSBOTTOM, WILKINS, MAGGS, BUTTON, BRIDGE, MAGNALL, PARKINSON and BUTTERWORTH, THRELFALL, and COYNE



My maternal line tend to come from the Lancashire area, my paternal line originates from the Somerset coalfields, via Durham to Burnley. Though there are marriages to people from Ireland.



I als have just started my husband's tree and his main names are HORNE,BRIDGEMAN, and, (believe it or not) JONES from Wales and SMITH (what a headache)



My interests in life are genealogy, walking, seal/marine life rescue/ history and reading
