Thread: transcription

Hi everyone,

I am working on the transcription of the PR's for St Giles in the Wood, the early records are very difficult to transcribe as they are very faint in places, and the script used to write them is part old English and part Secretary.

I was wondering if there are any forums where images of the text could be posted and where others could add their thoughts as to the names identity, if so I would love to have the details.

My own research is into the family names of Squire and Ridd from North Devon and South Wales; and Fisher and Penfold from Kent and the surrounding area.
