Thread: Hi Everyone!

I'm so happy to have found this website - I've been searching for ancestors forever and I'm hoping someone out there might have the answers we've been unable to find.



If I have information that can be of use to anyone, I'll be more than happy to share.



I have traced my family back to Samuel Woodside, born 1761 in Carnduff, Ballycastle, Ireland. He married Margaret Unknown who was born in 1757. Both Sam and Margaret are buried in Ramoan Old Graveyard, Ballycastle. Their children were: James, b: 1794; Samuel, b: 1799 and Robert Woodside.



We have not been able to find Samuel's parents, or where Margaret came from. We believe the Woodside's came from Scotland but haven't found a line there. Any information or leads would be greatly appreciated!
