Hi

I have been researching my family tree for a couple of years now but still have some very infuriating missing links and hope i can eventually work them out.

I am finding it hard to get information on my gran and siblings births i know they were born in India possibly Goa and my gr. grandfather died over their in the 1920's the rest of the family had already moved over to Glasgow their surname was Gallacher and i think my gr. grandparents originated from Ireland.

The other thing i am struggling with is about my other gr. grandmother she was married before she married my gr. grandfather her name is Mary jane Fitzsimmons and her first husband was called Nicholas Coughlin i got this from her second marrage cert and death cert she was born in Enniskillen on 21 nov 1969 and i dont know if she married there she married for the second time in Glasgow to her first cousin Robert john McCrea on 3 jan 1902 he was also from Enniskillen. What is driving me mad is the first marrage i cant find anything about it at all they had at least one child Charlie but i cant find his birth either they also may have had a child archie or he may of been Robert johns brother i cant find anything about him all i have is that he was an alcoholic and ended up homeless and getting help from the sally army and possibly emmigrated to America that is all the info my dad got from my grandfather as he was not talked about.
