Hello - looking for history of Lazenby (the place) n yorks

I have just joined today and looking forward to being a part of this forum.

My current theme is trying to find out why lincolnshire ancestors moved to Lazenby between 1871 and 1881 - was it migration for farm work? any background knowledge welcome.

ps ancestor name Dring.
