Thread: Greetings from New Zealand

Hi, although born & bred in Hull, after completing 2 years National Service in the RAF I joined the Royal NZ Air Force in 1950. I served 24 years & am now retired in Blenheim,at the top of the South Island.

I'm greatly interested in my family history, including my father's army career.

Thanks for your welcome. I was only a short time at Wigram, doing refreasher "square bashing" on entering the RNZAF. Most of my service was spent at Woodbourne, near Blenheim.
