A good part of my husband's family hails from Cheshire and Lancashire, and thanks to English record-keeping, I've been able to build that part of his tree, but there are still missing pieces and brick walls. The names I'm researching include Birch, Sutton and Fishwick, primarily from the Wirral and Liverpool areas. I would love hearing from anyone having any ancestors with those names from that area.
