A big hello to everyone. And thanks for a really great site. It's great to just dip in and out, you never know what you might find.



I am researching Freeman's originally from the Mildenhall area of Suffolk but later from S London. Have quite a lot of info if anyone is searching for similar. Church, Dean, Abra. Owles from the Leiston area of Suffolk, Cross, Ayton. Duke from Hertfordshire and further back Hastings Sussex. Cooper, Draper, Wilkins. Coates from Birmingham later London, Ogilvy (one of my brick walls) from London but probably origianally Scotland.

Bowditch, Eddy, from the London area but who knows.

Would love to hear from anyone who is researching similar. Plenty of info to share.
