Thread: Moonbeam

Hi All...........

I am researching my BARTON ancestry and the furthest back I can go with certainty is to a CHARLES BARTONc.1806 of Trowbridge Wiltshire. Now whether he was born in Trowbridge or registered in Trowbridge I haven't a clue. I find him in the 1841 census and onwards living with his wife ELIZA ATKINS (of Ogham or Odiham Hampshire)and their children MARTHA GEORGE STEPHEN JOHN SARAH ROBERT ELIZA WILLIAM AND ALFRED in Fulham in the County of Middlesex (which is now Fulham London SW6)

I also have a HENRY BARTONc.1812 practically living next door to Charles & Eliza and he also comes from Trowbridge Wiltshire and married to an ELIZA BROOKS and has children SAMUEL and JAMES. I find it odd that I haven't found a connection for Charles & Henry both coming from Wiltshire and then living next door to one another in Fulham.

If any of you lovely people out there are able to connect with my tree or help in my quest to pin down Charles and Henry that would be great and I'd be happy to hear from you. I cannot pin down the parentage of either Charles or Henry.
