Thread: widdowfields [durham] claytons [yorks and kent

Hi everyone im new on this site so here goes .Ive been researching abt 2yrs now iv'e done pretty well just stuck on a few .you hit a brick wall.

I come from yorks am a grandmother and im not always serious .

The claytons are from lincs mostly farm labourers ..One my uncle lived in kent all his married life .His name was charles clayton [b]1907]abt married to claire.bye for now i will see how this goes my name scarlet

thank you so much for welcome .My biggest wall to get through is the one i never mentioned .just what am i like !Elizabeth Ringrose [b]towthorpe yorks 1791 abt married Thomas selkirk 19th sept 1817 at Wharram Percy I believe her father was James mother elizabeth ross .I'm trying to connect them to the famous ringroses from foxhole and driffield way .That will set you a task .babs
