Thread: the sheehan family from cork

hi i am a new member and have found it difficult to find part of my family. my fathers mothers side no problems, they were hugeonot weavers and have been in England around the bethnal green area since the 1600's. The part i cant get is my dads dad. He was raised in Cork and came over to England before the first world war. I know his dads name, Michael Sheehan but nothing else - I have tried the mormon church looking at birth records around the year my grandfather was born but to no avail. I was wondering if anyone can put me in the right direction. Thanks for your time and good luck with your own research
