Hello everyone:
Since mother nature doesn't seem to think we have enough snow as yet, I thought it would be a great time to check out your forum. I have a brickwall
that I haven't been able to solve, and thought perhaps someone here might have a few suggestions.
My G.G. Grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Watson, born in Ramsgate Kent, 1817, married a gentleman by the name of John Blake, born 1811 in Ireland. We found him in Essex in 1841 as a coastguard, and Worthing Sussex in 1861 retired. I know they were married in 1833 in Kent.
Is there a way to find his birth in Ireland, and also, we cannot find them any where in the 1851 census
Does anyone have any suggestions please.
Thank you for listening
Missyp
