Thread: New to this - hello!

Hi everyone I am based in London, UK, quite successful so far in looking up Scottish maternal side of family (Henderson in Kirkcaldy, Fife), but now am stuck on paternal side of family - WRIGHT from Alverstoke/Gosport, Hampshire, UK. Any suggestions? My father Frederick George Wright was born in 1909 in Alverstoke, Hampshire, he had a brother called Sidney and a sister called Betty. I am new to looking up records in England, any advice would be helpful. Looking up Scottish ancestry is relatively easy, even online.
