Thread: From Hertfordshire trying to score brownie points with father in law!

Hi everyone



I have registered her to try and help my father in law. He is trying to find out some more details about his birth father who died when he was 10ish. He was then adopted and has now decided he would like to know a bit more about his family tree.



He doesnt know much about the net and I am pretty clueless about how to start my search. Any guidance and help would be much appreciated but as i believe this is just the "hello" section of the board, I shall post more info on the help needed section.
