Thread: Joseph Turner - Burnham Market, Norfolk

Hi, can anyone help?



I am trying to trace the Parents of one Joseph Turner born 1769 in Burnham Market (Westgate), Norfolk and he was married to one Ann Lewis b. ?. Joseph was my GGGG Grandfather and this is where I have drawn a blank! I can't find any record of his birth or marriage on www.familysearch.org and other such search sites.



Is there anyone out there with access to the Burnham Market, Parish Records? Who could look up and check and see if he is listed.

As I am trying to link my Turners to Mary Ann Turner, Grandmother of Lord Nelson of Burnham Creek, Norfolk. Mary Ann Turner was born in Warham, Norfolk. Just the other side of Holkham Hall from Burnham market. Thanks.

But I feel this is not the one I am looking for as Tibenham is a good 50 miles from Burnham Market.

Freereg seems good, but, I feel there is still gaps in their data. I will have to keep digging.
