Can't see anything on the 91 Welsh census.

But I did find the marriage of:

Francesca Ponda & Antonio Mazzo Dec Quarter 1883 Cardiff, Glamorgan, Monmouthshire

V:11a Page: 556

ive got that one but thanks anyway, any chance you could check the 1871 census

for us, for antonio mazzo im having trouble finding this guy, he would be living in Monmouthshire, Wales in 1871

Not listed as spelt in 71, I will look at alternatives.

I am assuming you have the three Mazzo's aboard Italian ship 'Iride' in Northwest Docks Newport in 61.

Will get back as soon as I discover anything more mate.

that sounds good, could be the date they came over, i would guess between 1860 and 1871 based on the census

No Antonio amongst them I'm afraid. He is being very elusive!

thats ok baz, thanks for looking for us, it looks unlikely that them 3 were brothers

i found them too on ancestry and had them down as possible brithers for antonio before

i realised the were on a ship, i have antonio's birth as circa 1860 in italy his marriage as 1883 in cardiff, thanks again baz
