Hi

Can anyone help me i am trying to find the parents of Joyce I Wood registered for birth 1920 July - sept in Mansfield Notts England on the bmd index the mothers maiden name is Favill i think but i am having problems finding a marriage between a Wood & a Favill .

Was Joyce the eldest child? or do you knkow which number she was?



If she was eldest....searching the marriage indexes from Sep 1920 backwards under the name Favill is the cheapest way



Or the easiest way would be to send for her birth certificate and this would give you names of parents
