Thread: looking for birmingham

hi i am hoping that someone can help i am looking on ancestry for a birth in birmingham but cant work out which county its in to make my search a bit easier i have type this into google but it comes up with the west midlands but it does't come up on the countys list on ancestry anyone elce know what county it would be under???
