Thread: Help me find Richard Button please

1841 census - Richard Rutten b abt 1811 Somerset (this seems to be my Richard Button,

right family names) living in Westgate St. Bath



1851 Census - Richard Batton b abt 1813 census says Bath, living at St Georges Place,

Bath. again this has the right family names.



Can anyone help me find him in 1861 and onwards

please.



On 1861 census- his daughter Mary Ann Candy born 1837 Bath was living in Cheap Street Frome, Somerset. So are her parents dead?



I thought it was a Richard Button who had married an Elizabeth Veater, but from Bristol records office they tell me that on his marriage certificate he is down as a bachelor.



Can anyone help me find my Richard Button?
