Hi, most of you will have seen my wolizsky/nathan posts by now..sorry if they are getting irritating!
I found the following info on the historical directories website.
Post Office Trades Directory 1895
Cap Makers, fur, cloth and fancy.
Wolitzky, Samuel, (tweed) 24 Newbury Street, EC
In 1899 he is still at 24 Newbury street listed as a cap and helmet maker.
At the same address 24 Newbury Street is a Bracher, TW and CO. hat tip...printers??? cant make out whether it is printers or not.
Does this give me any clues, and where should I look next for further info about this man. Or is the above just a tit-bit but genealogically worthless???
Thank you Kirstie
