Thread: Reverse Search

Is it possible to do a reverse search i.e. using mothers married surname to find children born to that person?

Strange question I know but I feel this is the only way I am going to find my other sister, have photograph of her and her daughter, with my brand new little brother who I have finally found, but cannot find a birth index....... for sister or neice......



Any information would be gratefully received......
