Thread: benjamin atwell or john atwell

hi,

im looking for any info on john atwell b.1774 in Cavanaleck, , Fermanagh, Ireland DIED 09 JUN 1854

his wife was jane fawcett B.02 AUG 1791 Enniskillen, Fermanagh, Ireland

D.23 NOV 1850 THEY WERE M.04 DEC 1808 , Fermanagh, Ireland

THEY HAD 10 CHILDREN

anything to trace back further would be helpfull.



also i have benjamin atwell b abt1640 in england died 1682 in new london ct usa his wife mary?died jan 1714/15 what i have on him is ver vague and i have hit a brick wall its as far back as i can go.

if anyone can help i will be so very greatful

Hi Jennifer -

Benjamin is listed on Ancestry immigration lists as having arrived in New London Connecticut in 1663 - no other information I'm afraid. Have you seen that?

Benjamin & Mary also have a number of children listed on the IGI - have you got them?

These Atwell births are all in New London Connecticut with parents Benjamin & Mary

There is also a later Benjamin & family in the same area - he could be the oldest son but his birth isn't recorded.
