Morning Readers,
I've just found the following entry in the Electoral Rolls 1835 to 1965:
Lake, Benjamin Way's Wharf, Uxbridge .... Dwelling House (successive) ..... Osborne's Yard and Way's Wharf.
This is exactly how it appears. Please can someone tell me, what does 'successive' mean in this context and 'Osborne's Yard and Way's Wharf.
I'm confused!!

I guess it spread over Osbournes yard and Wharfs way. There is a similar entry and that spreads or two different bits.... might have been on a corner or? Dwelling house(successive would mean, guessing here, that it like a dwelling house over a yard or workshop or over two plots...?
