apprenticeship records?

Does anyone know if there would be apprenticeship records for Watermen /lightermen and tailors in the early 1800`s?
I am looking for information on a William Miller born circa 1804 in Lambeth who was a lighterman /waterman. Also his brother John James Miller circa 1804 who was a tailor.
There is a good site that I had somewhere.... but where?

Don't know what has happened to that as I was viewing it before posting and now it's not there. I will post full link and try and find the other one.

Is anyone on these forums able to search at the guildhall labrary at Lambeth? The link above tells mre that the records can be searched there in person but I am in Australia. Cheers
