I'm looking for info on John James Foster Riseley, he was born in 1866. (possibly Macclesfield Cheshire) he married
Hannah Pownall on the 2nd April 1899 at Macclesfield St Michael Cheshire.

There is a John James Riseley with a father Joseph and mother Sarah living in Macclesfield in the 1871 census, also in household is a stepson Richard O'Neil.
Joseph was a grocer.
on the 1891 John James is listed as half brother to Richard O'Neil and is living with Richard and his family in Macclesfield.

Hi JanetH.....Many thanks for your replies. I managed to find John James in the 1881 Census with mother Sarah Riseley and father Joseph except John was named as John James Foster which was his mother's maiden name before she married John O'Neil, he passed away in 1860 when Richard was a few months old. hence Richard being the stepson of Joseph.
