Esau Jones 1803

Hi,
I just cannot find the parentage of my Esau, seems to have been mistranscribed many times as Esay, Eaiah. He married Maria Roberts who was a widow. Think she had been married to an Edwards. They lived in the Whitford area of Flintshire.
My grandad was Isaiah and his dad Isaiah,then his dad Thomas and then we have Esau and then a brickwall.
I would greatly appreciate any help as this is my first time on this forum. Thank you.

Hello Caerfai, welcome to the site. How sure are you he was born in 1803? there is an Esau Jones on the IGI [LDS site family search] however it is for a birth for 1836.
