Talking Parents of Mary Morris born 1821 in Market Bosworth

Dear Ancestry Aid, Can any of you out there find my 3 x great grandparents. They are the parents of a Mary Morris (possibly Morriss). She was born in 1821 probably Market Bosworth or Nailstone and married James Ison. I think that they married in 1844 so she should be on an earlier census but is she with her parents or is she working?

    Thanks for you help.

    Neil.

There is are Morriss on the 1841 census : William 1816 Samuel 1821 Richard 1821 Mary1821
This will not help you much if you are looking for parents for Mary. You could get the marriage reg and get the fathers name.

I looked for the parish records for thid marriage but did not find it

Thank you very much Noggin. I can't believe how silly I have been - I think that it my mind they were married before the 1837 cutoff for certificates. I will definitely order that certificate. I think I must have looked at the 1841 census myself a long time ago, I was just hoping for some inspiration and it was as simple as that!

Kind regards, Neil (slightly embarassed that I didn't spot that date before!)
