Can anyone help please need parents for Charles Oliver Henshaw born Leicestershire 1905. Married in Bristol 1925 to Doris May Sparrow. Can anyone help with census look ups please.

Hi Tash, I've tried to find him on 1911 census without success. Think you are going to have to buy his birth certificate to find his parents names, unless another member can find him in 1911.

I would not have thouht a brother with the name Oliver perhaps a cousin - or no relation I found a Mr Henshaw living at Gypsy Lane Leicester, 2 males and 2 females in the house - but as it is only a census summary we are really clutching at straws.. I agree it is probably best to send off for the birth cert . That way you have proof. In case you do not have the index Reg when ordering it is March qr 1905 Leicester 7a 269
