Hi ,
Could someone give me some help please,
Looking for a Liza Rose on BDM I found her
and her twin brother 8th Nov 1863 but Liza
is down as Rose female and her twin as
Rose male is there any possible way of finding
the brothers name and any other offspring.

Hello Tippo. Where were the twins Born and do you have Parents Names.
Then I am sure some one will help.

They where b Ashton-U-Lyne 8th Nov 1863
I recieved the certs this morning 8d, 356, 4th Qtr.
but as stated only Rose Male & Female. mother is Hannah
no mention of father. no nee name for Hannah.
I have cert for Eliza m John Burgess 19th Dec 1882,
father Johnathan Rose Farmer.
That is all I have.
This Burgess is nothing to do with Catherine my
G/gmother though it is in our extended family tree.
Hope this of some help,this part of the family live
in Canada.

I have just put all the details I have on the forum
my opologuese I've just look at cert with Mag glass
it is Eliza sorry for the bum stear.
I'm glad Nanna's not on I would of had my wrist severely
slapped.

No worries! I guessed it must be Eliza anyway as Liza wasn't used much then.
Who's Nanna? No it' s only me .You're quite safe. WE're all nice and friendly on here anyway.
The only birth I have found with what looks like twins is a male and a female Rose(both unnamed) Oct Nov Dec. 1863 Ashton 8d ,856. Is this the cert you've got. I guess she couldn't decide what to call the boy when she registered them.
A christening would be useful. Have you looked on the family search site?
Will have a root around.
