If you look on the FreeBMD site you will find a birth for a Dorothy Helena Bloxam in Dec qr 1888 Pancras 1b 21. If you send for this birth cert it will give you her parents names

I cannot find Dorothy on the 1891, but on the 1901, she is living with George & Emily Bloxam at 32, Mandeville Street, Hackney they had four other children. This would be the parents marriage:
Marriages Sep 1882
BLOXAM George William Holborn 1b 1144
Homan Emily Marian Holborn 1b 1144

It could be because Dorothy came from overseas when the war broke out so my nan said. So she should be on the passangers list but i can't view any of them online for free. How do i find out the four childrens names. Can anyone help please

I just came up with Emily Jane 1864, Florence Emily 1905, Ellen Elizabeth 1907 and Rosa I Bloxam 1911 born Hertfordshire.

Thank you so much Brien2009. How did you get that. If i had a bank card then i can get a free trial on ancestry. I checked all them people out just trying to link my great great Grandma Dorothy you have found to my Great Grandma Elieen Bloxam She married Eric Barnes and lived in Hertfordshire. Nan said Eric may have moved back to Nottingham where he was from before his Death.

If you go to your local library they have A.......y available. I am away at the moment, but want to check the information I am giving you as the information seems to show a family who moved around a lot. I can not find a birth that ties in with the death record you have for Eileen Barnes (nee Bloxam)

Hi again Brien yeah i am planning on making a trip to the libary. My mum Aunties went to new Zealand, Canada and Australia. But i am not taking my nan word for it so working really hard on my research so i can add the right information to my family tree. Would Eileen birth details be on the army Records, Think mum said she was in the forces. That's could be why i am not having any luck finding my mum side of the family.

This is details i found years for her maybe wronge. Mum said her nan Eileen died when she was about 9 yrs so dates could be right.
