Long Lost Relative (O'Dwyer)

Help me find my Grandad James O'dwyer or may even be called Micheal James O'Dwyer born Ireland around Jan 1932. I think was last seen around 1960 in Bedminster Bristol. On the back of his photo it's dated January 1959 love you for ever Jimmy. Heard he work for the merchant navy and he had a twin sister that died at young age. I also think he may have been born in Bristol but was told he was from ireland.

Searching for Twizell, Brown & Storey from Northumberland. Kelly & Kinsella from Ireland, Parkinson from Lincolnshire. Mellor from Derbyshire and Jackson from Warwickshire.
Tracked down his children a few months back but can't talk about that sorry. Was told Cork, Ireland but i did find a birth in Bristol around 1922. That makes me wonder if he was born there not ireland.
I would not like to say this is him note the O' is missing found on Irish IGI - did not find any other Births England or Ireland.

That's could be him because nan told me his was told james dwyer then told the name change to michael james O'dwyer, birth jan 1930 and then 6 jan 1922.
