Can someone who has access to parish records for Marcham have a look for me please?
Gardner, Thomas b. bet 1810-1815, married Mary Ann b. bet 1811-1814. Year of marriage unknown.
Their first child Henry b. abt 1834,
Sarah b. abt 1836
Jane b. abt 1840
Kezia b. abt 1841
Mary b. abt 1843
Henry b. abt 1848
William b. abt 1850
Thomas b abt 1852
Elizabeth Ann b abt 1857
Have found nothing on the usual sites to go back further. Don't have A.......y access.
I do have all census info forward.
Sorry should have clarified place as Marcham, Berkshire. Also the first born Henry may not be their son. He is listed only as an apprentice on 1851 census.
If someone has looked and did not find anything, that would be helpful too. I can then look elsewhere. Thomas was a cordwainer, son of a cordwainer.
Are you sure there is a Marcham in Berkshire, I know there is one in Oxfordshire.

You are both right. It is fairly close to Abingdon in Oxfordshire.It was part of Berkshire until 1974 when boundary changes transferred it to Oxfordshire.
