I've seen somewhere what I thought at the time was a quite detailed list of pages in the BMD reference (e.g. Volume 4b, PAGE 34), and their meanings (which church or area the event occurred at). Unfortunately, as it was only of passing interest at the time, I made no permanent note of where it was and cannot now 're-find' it! Any clues please?
It seems likely that my maternal ancestors, surnamed BLAKE, may have married in non-conformist chapels in the Great Yarmouth area. Does anyone have access to such data? (For example, Rebecca [BLAKE] married John E HOWELL in the Yarmouth area in 1847.)
Thanks.
