National Archives lookup please

I wonder if anyone goes to the National Archives and would be able to look up a document. I have tried to buy it online but it wont accept my card [my card works for every other site in the universe]
I am searching for info on Jonathan Prince [Merchant Mariner]
The document is ADM 139/464
Jonathan was born in Sunderland
if anyone can help, I would be extremely grateful.
seeker if your in the uk you can phone them say it wont accept yr card and they are very very helpful
they will accept yr card over the phone and give you the details by email or maybe over the phone, click contact us on the page
