Hi Slizzy,

The only thing I know about Ernest Tomlinson was that he was one of the
beneficiaries of a Will when James Tomlinson's wife Bertha Ann passed away. The other
beneficary was Alfred Ashton Heathcote which I have already established was Bertha's
brother. It's more likely that Ernest Is James's brother. Ernest born 1894 in Northwich
Ernest's occupation at the time of the probate was given as Baker In 1934 Probate.
