Bert Blows - ww1 service

I am trying to find more info on my Great Great Grandfather, or on the units where he served in ww1 who served in the RAMC - both, in the 19th Field Ambulance & the 10th Unit Stationary Hospital, but to no avail can I find anything.

What was his age when he enlisted on the 21/8/1914 and where was he born?
