According to Findmypast index, the birth of Daniel G A Porter was registered in the Pontypridd district in 1939. I can find no corresponding entry on Free BMD.

I would appreciate details of the FMP entry, please, as I believe this person may have been known as Alan. If shown, I expect mmn to be Rees.
