There is a public tree on this i was just looking at it gives her Father as James [ have you the marriage cert. or sending for it .
By going on maybe father James and preston their is one Sarah on census born in time you state - baring in mind youll realy need to look at marriage cert. for father and occupation to go backwards.

Thanks for information I have the Marriage cert father was James Davies occupation Farmer. I am trying to find out what happened to Sarah after Wallace left her. Her name on the cert is Sarah Davies, spinster living in Pauls road preston. She was born abt 1873. Cheers
Yes this is my family. Wallace Henderson was a widower when he married Sarah Davies she was a Spinster. Sarahs dad was James Davies occupation farmer. Wallaces dad was James Haddon Henderson occupation jeweller. I am trying to find out what happened to Sarah after Wallace left her. Her name on the cert is Sarah Davies, spinster living in Pauls road preston. She was born abt 1873.
