Hello everyone, I'm trying to find a birth/ baptism for William McKernon,
I suspect Aghadavy Ballinderry.

My great grand father, William McKernon married Emily Doris In Greencastle RC church in
1875.His Father John, hers, Bernard, wittness,James Fallon and Nancy McKernon.

I'm trying to connect John, the father, to a family on the 1851 census, Charles and Rosey McKernon from Aghadavy, Ballingderry, who had 6 children,
John 1817,
William 1820,
Margaret 1827,
James 1829,
Richard 1836,
Mary a daughter of 17 died along with her father in 1846.
On the 1851 census they have a grand son James Walkington age 3.
There is'nt a Mrs Walkington, so I suspect Margaret McKernon to be his mother, not married.
The Walkingtons were very well-to- do family in Ballingderry at the time.

A James Walkington signed the Ulster Covenant in 1912, but William got married in a RC church,some one must have converted some where but when, where?

Any help any one can gave is very welcome.
