Look up for Sarah Kinsella's Parents

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me find Sarah Kinsella's parents?
I have hit a brickwall and can't seem to get any further forward.
The information I have is
Sarah Kinsella born c1908(not sure where), I think she died in 2001 salford Manchester.
Sarah Kinsella Married Charles Feeley 1927 Manchester.
Any info/Help would be much appreciated

I looked on free BMD 1906 -1910 there's three
Whitehaven 1907
Liverpool 1908
And Prestwich 1908, this Sarah has the middle name Ann.
I found this christening

If you are unsure of her birth place it may be necessary for you to buy her marriage certificate which will name her father, unless you already have it?

A John Kinsella married in Liverpool Jun qrt 1898 8b/221, two brides indexed Judith Ellen Williams and Sarah Welsh
